Terms and Conditions

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the booking date.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the booking date are subject to availability and at the discretion of the owner.

Extenuating Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, illness, or other emergencies, exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required, and any changes remain at the discretion of the owner and are subject to availability.

Studio Use Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Animals are not permitted without prior written approval.

  • Any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment will be the responsibility of the hirer and may incur repair or replacement costs.

  • Your booking must include all setup, pack-down, and cleaning time.

  • The space must be left in the same clean and tidy condition it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is not returned to its original state.

  • Overtime beyond the agreed booking duration will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

  • The owner reserves the right to be present on the premises for the duration of the booking.
